Doosan Fuel Cell (KRX:336260) secured a fuel cell system supply contract from U.S.-based energy company HyAxiom, according to a filing with the Korea Exchange on Tuesday.
The contract, valued at 322.2 billion won, is valid until Oct. 17, 2028.
Shares of Doosan Fuel Cell jumped nearly 7% in recent trade.

Wafangdian Bearing (SHE:200706) is looking to terminate its stock listing in Shenzhen following a tender offer, according to a Tuesday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.Up to 1,459 shareholders accepted the tender offer as of Feb. 27, 2026, the bearing manufacturer said in its filing.Following the tender offer, the public float fell to below 10%, falling short of the minimum float required to remain listed, Wafangdian said.
