DATA Communications Management (DCM.TO) reported Q2 adjusted net income of C$0.03 per share, compared with C$0.07 per share in the prior-year period. It missed the FactSet consensus of two analysts for C$0.04 per share.
Revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was C$110.9 million, down from C$113.8 million in the same period last year and below the FactSet consensus of C$111.3 million.
The company also declared a dividend of C$0.025 per common share, payable Sept. 28 to shareholders of record at the close of business on Sept. 14.
Shares of the company closed up C$0.15 at C$3.11 on the Toronto Stock Exchange on Monday.
