Clairvest Group (CVG.TO) reported first quarter net income per share of C$3.61 compared with C$1.51, a year earlier.
The company said Q1 net income was driven by a net increase in the valuation of its private equity investment portfolio.
Clairvest's book value was C$1.328 billion as at Jun. 30, 2026, compared with C$1.293 billion as at March 31, 2026.
The company's shares last traded Aug. 12, closing at C$86.50 on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
