The UK's quarterly gross domestic product rose 0.6% in the first quarter, following a revised 0.1% uptick in the prior three-month period, final data from the Office for National Statistics showed Tuesday.
The latest reading matched the initial estimate for the month.
On a yearly basis, the British economy expanded 0.9% in the quarter, consistent with the revised growth earlier and against the preliminary reading of a 1.1% jump.
For 2025, the UK's annual GDP growth was downwardly revised to 1.3%, compared with the unrevised 1% rise in 2024.
