Benz Mining (ASX:BNZ) recently undertook closer-spaced drilling at its flagship Glenburgh asset, uncovering new high-grade gold zones that boost the project's attractiveness and growth potential, Euroz Hartleys said in a note on Monday.
The Western Australian-based Glenburgh has the potential to become a large-scale gold operation, with production capacity of around 500,000 ounces per year, a scale that is considered Tier 1 by many investors.
There is likelihood of similar drilling to identify further high-grade zones at the Hurricane camp, which has a comparable geological footprint to Glenburgh, the investment firm added.
Euroz Hartleys reaffirmed its buy rating and price target of AU$6.41.
