Arrow Exploration Posts Record Production, Provides Update on Icaco Field Operations

By

Arrow Exploration (AXL.V) reported record production that reflected recent drilling successes, the company said Friday.

Total corporate production, including production from the recently acquired Thorsby field in Alberta, has exceeded 6,000 barrels of oil equivalent per day.

The company also provided an update on operations at the Icaco field on the Tapir Block in Colombia, in which it holds a 50% interest.

The Icaco 6 well encountered a fault and experienced lost circulation and associated drilling mud losses before reaching target depth. As a result, management decided to case the well prematurely and complete it as a water disposal well.
