Argo Gold (ARQ.CN) completed the sale of its net smelter return royalty on the Rockstar gold project in Ontario, for CA$250,000, it said Friday.
The deal was completed under the terms of a royalty purchase agreement. The Rockstar gold project royalty was a 1% net smelter return royalty with a 0.5% buyback for CA$500,000, it said.
Shares of the company closed up 4.6% to CA$0.115 on Thursday on the Canadian Securities Exchange.
Enghouse Systems (ENGH.TO) said Thursday after trade that its third-quarter net earnings declined 9.7% to CA$0.28 per share, from CA$0.31 per share in the prior year period.Analysts polled by FactSet had expected CA$0.32 per share.The provider of enterprise software solutions said quarterly revenue fell 6.4% to CA$117.6 million for the period ended July 31, slightly below analysts' expectation of CA$118 million.The company will pay a regular quarterly dividend of $0.31 per share on Nov. 27 to shareholders of record on Nov. 13.Enghouse shares closed up CA$0.14 at CA$15.64 on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
Wall Financial Corporation (WFC.TO) after the market close Thursday reported fiscal second-quarter earnings of CA$0.54 per share, compared with CA$0.39 per share in the prior-year period.Revenue for the quarter ended July 31 was CA$56.9 million, up from CA$51.9 million in the same period last year.Wall Financial shares closed up CA$0.90 to CA$20.90 on the Toronto Stock Exchange on Friday.
