Alaska Silver (WAM.V) on Monday said it closed private placement of share units, raising C$7.62 million.
The company placed 13.8-million units priced at C$0.55 each and made up of a share and a three-year warrant to buy a share for C$0.75.
Proceeds will be used to expand its ongoing 2026 exploration program at the Illinois Creek project in western Alaska, and for ongoing metallurgical and technical work, baseline environmental studies and general corporate needs.
Shares of the company were last seen unchanged at C$0.81 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
