Air China's (SHA:601111, HKG:0753) passenger traffic rose 11.1% year over year in August, according to a Wednesday filing with the Hong Kong Exchange.
Passenger capacity rose 6.8% year over year during the month.
The number of passengers carried grew 9.6%, while cargo and mail traffic rose 2.9%.

Wafangdian Bearing (SHE:200706) is looking to terminate its stock listing in Shenzhen following a tender offer, according to a Tuesday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.Up to 1,459 shareholders accepted the tender offer as of Feb. 27, 2026, the bearing manufacturer said in its filing.Following the tender offer, the public float fell to below 10%, falling short of the minimum float required to remain listed, Wafangdian said.
