-- SML Mahindra (NSE:SMLISUZU, BOM:505192), formerly SML Isuzu, recorded an increase in its net profit to 542.0 million Indian rupees in the fiscal fourth quarter, from 529.5 million rupees a year ago, according to an Indian bourse filing on Monday.
Shares of the company fell over 7% in Tuesday's trade.
Earnings per share during the quarter ended March 31 climbed to 37.46 rupees from the year-ago figure of 36.60 rupees.
Revenue from operations in fiscal Q4 increased to 8.98 billion rupees from 7.71 billion rupees a year earlier.
The company also declared a final dividend of 23.50 rupees per share for the financial year ended March 31.
