Comstock Holding Acquires Woodland Pointe Campus in Virginia, Signs Lease with Peraton
Comstock Holding (CHCI) said Friday it acquired Woodland Pointe, a 6.77-acre office campus in Herndon, Virginia, and executed a full-campus lease with Peraton, a technology and national security company.The seller and purchase price were not disclosed.The campus includes a six-story, 185,000-square-foot office tower, and Comstock plans a new 100,000-square-foot build-to-suit building that Peraton will fully occupy.Price: $18.34, Change: $-1.09, Percent Change: -5.61%
