Comstock Holding (CHCI) said Friday it acquired Woodland Pointe, a 6.77-acre office campus in Herndon, Virginia, and executed a full-campus lease with Peraton, a technology and national security company.
The seller and purchase price were not disclosed.
The campus includes a six-story, 185,000-square-foot office tower, and Comstock plans a new 100,000-square-foot build-to-suit building that Peraton will fully occupy.
