ISDN's Unit Divests Stake in AR Robotics
ISDN's (SGX:I07) unit, AR Robotics and Automation, divested 486,500 of its shares to Trinity One LT and Soradynamics, according to a Tuesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.Following the transaction, ISDN retains a 30% stake in AR Robotics, which is involved in the commercial development of advanced robotics and AI solutions for global markets.The company will also contribute SG$1 million seed capital to help establish operations, while Soradynamics will leverage its proprietary drone technology and video fusion capabilities.Meanwhile, Trinity will provide financial backing to AR Robotics.
