OBIC Business Consultants' Profit Rises 12% in Fiscal Year 2025

-- OBIC Business Consultants' (TYO:4733) profit rose 12% to 18.1 billion yen for the fiscal year 2025 from 16.2 billion yen a year earlier.

The software development company's earnings per share increased to 241.20 yen from 215.27 yen a year ago, according to a Tokyo bourse filing on Tuesday.

Net sales climbed 9.4% to 51.4 billion yen for the full year ended March 31 from nearly 47 billion yen in the prior year.

OBIC declared a final dividend of 58 yen per share, payable from June 23.

For the fiscal year 2026, the company expects profit of 19.4 billion yen, EPS of 257.39 yen, and net sales of 57.5 billion yen.

OBIC Business Consultants plans to pay interim and year-end dividends of 65 yen per share each for the current fiscal year, which is higher than the amount paid in the year-ago period.
