WEX (WEX) plans to separate its chairman and CEO roles following its May 14 annual meeting and add three new independent directors under a cooperation agreement with Impactive Capital Master Fund.The refreshed slate includes Kurt Adams, Ellen Alemany and Lauren Taylor Wolfe, Impactive's co-founder, who will stand for election at the rescheduled meeting, WEX said Monday in a statement.
