Vivakor Adds $54 Million Annualized Crude Transaction Through Permian Infrastructure Network

Vivakor (VIVK) increased its annualized contracted revenue opportunity beyond $323 million after securing a new recurring crude oil transaction in the Permian Basin, the company said Thursday.Through its Vivakor Supply & Trading unit, the company agreed to handle about 2,000 barrels of crude oil per day through pipeline-connected facilities in West Texas and New Mexico, expanding its portfolio of recurring commercial arrangements. The company said the agreement will begin on July 1, 2026, and will automatically renew each month unless either party terminates it. Based on current pricing assumptions, the arrangement could generate about $150,000 in gross revenue per day, or roughly $4.5 million per month. On an annualized basis, the transaction represents about $54 million in gross revenue. Combined with previously announced commercial activities and trading arrangements, Vivakor's contracted revenue opportunities now exceed $323 million annually, the company said.Vivakor will receive, transport, and market the crude volumes through its pipeline-connected injection stations across West Texas and New Mexico before delivering barrels into the Energy Transfer pipeline system, the company said."By combining commodity marketing capabilities with physical infrastructure assets, we are able to provide customers with efficient market access while increasing throughput and commercial activity across our operating platform," Vivakor Chairman and Chief Executive Officer James Ballengee said.Vivakor recently highlighted its network of 10 pipeline-connected injection stations across Texas and New Mexico, which connect to systems operated by Energy Transfer, Centurion, Plains Basin, Cactus II, Permian Express and Enterprise. The company added that actual revenue recognition will represent only a portion of total contract value and will vary with market conditions, pricing and delivered volumes.Price: $0.49, Change: $-0.02, Percent Change: -4.12%
