Vecima Networks' Fiscal Q3 Adjusted Net Income Rises YoY

Vecima Networks' (VCM.TO) fiscal third-quarter adjusted net income rose year over year on higher sales, the company said on Thursday.Adjusted net income was C$1.6 million, or $0.06 per share, up from $1.2 million, or $0.05 per share.Revenue was $64.8 million, a slight increase from $64.0 million. Adjusted EBITDA was $11.3 million, up from $10.3 million.The company increased its revenue growth outlook for calendar year 2026. Vecima now expects 22.5% to 30.0% revenue growth compared to calendar year 2025, above the previous projection of 20% to 30% growth.Adjusted EBITDA margins are still expected to break through 20% for calendar year 2026, driving adjusted EBITDA growth of 74% to 85% compared to calendar year 2025.
