Capcom Board Approves Disposal of 20 Million Yen Treasury Shares Under Compensation Plan
Capcom (TYO:9697) board approved the disposal of 6,760 treasury shares totaling 20 million yen under its restricted stock compensation plan.The shares were allocated to five directors, excluding audit and supervisory committee member directors, according to a Thursday filing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.The disposal will be completed on July 17.
