Tanabe Consulting Group Approves Stock Grant ESOP Trust for Employees
Tanabe Consulting Group (TYO:9644) said its board approved the employee incentive plan, Stock Grant ESOP Trust for employees of the company and its subsidiaries, according to a Tokyo bourse filing on Wednesday.The Tokyo-listed company said under the plan, shares acquired by the ESOP Trust will be delivered to employees who meet certain requirements under predetermined share delivery rules.The incentive plan is intended to raise employees' awareness of participation in management and enhance their motivation to work.
