Genky DrugStores (TYO:9267) will issue 1,000 stock acquisition rights, representing 100,000 common shares, according to a Tokyo bourse filing on Thursday.The stock acquisition rights will serve as stock options to the company's internal directors and directors and employees of its subsidiaries.The move aims to boost motivation in improving the company's performance and add to its business growth.The allotment date of the stock acquisition rights will be on Sept. 30, with the exercise period running from Oct. 1, 2028 to Sept. 30, 2033.
