Hulic to Change Name of Unit
Hulic's (TYO:3003) board agreed to change the trade name of its consolidated subsidiary Raysum Co.(TYO:8890) to Nexray Co., effective August 1, according to a June 26 filing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.The name change is part of its strategy for better synergy and further growth in corporate value.
