Hokuhoku Financial to Conduct 10-for-One Share Split

Hokuhoku Financial Group (TYO:8377) is implementing a ten-for-one share split to reduce the investment unit price of its shares, according to a Tokyo bourse filing Friday.The share split will be conducted on common shares held by shareholders listed or recorded in the final shareholder registry as of Sept. 30, and will become effective Oct. 1.Following the split, the company's issued shares will increase to 1.21 billion from 121.1 million shares previously, while authorized shares will stand at 2.8 billion.As a result of the split, the annual dividend forecast was changed to 7.50 yen per share from 75 yen previously, while the interim dividend forecast remained unchanged.
