Hirose Electric's Fiscal Q1 Profit Rises 1.4%
Hirose Electric (TYO:6806) recorded a 1.4% rise in attributable profit in the first fiscal quarter to 7.33 billion yen from 7.23 billion yen a year prior.Earnings per share were 224.03 yen, up from 213.58 yen in the year-ago period, according to a Tuesday Tokyo bourse filing.The electrical connector supplier's revenue increased 27% to 62.1 billion yen from 49 billion yen previously.The company forecasts an attributable profit of 35 billion yen, basic EPS of 1,069.63 yen, revenue of 250 billion yen, and a total dividend of 520 yen per share for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2027.The company revised its forecast in an upward manner amid favorable foreign exchange trends and stronger-than-expected performance, according to a separate filing.
