Toho Zinc (TYO:5707) said 3,656 units of its first series of share acquisition rights were exercised between April 1 and April 16, representing 10.45% of the total issued, according to a Friday filing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.The exercise resulted in the issuance of 365,600 shares during the period. The share acquisition rights were issued to Apricus Partners through a third-party allotment in March.Toho Zinc said 29,464 units of the rights, equivalent to about 3 million shares, remained unexercised as of April 16.
