-- Toho Zinc (TYO:5707) said 5,936 units of its first series share acquisition rights were exercised in April, resulting in the delivery of 593,600 shares, according to a Thursday filing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
The exercised warrants represented 17% of the total 35,000 units issued through a third-party allotment to Apricus Partners in April.
Outstanding share acquisition rights declined to 27,184 units, equivalent to 2.7 million shares, at the end of April from 33,120 units a month earlier.
