Japanese glass manufacturer AGC (TYO:5201) halted the construction of a green hydrogen component facility in Kitakyushu due to a global slowdown in carbon reduction efforts and hydrogen project delays, Nikkei Asia reported Monday.The chemical facility was intended to produce ion exchange membranes and was scheduled to begin operations this year.
