Future Corp Says Tender Offer Concluded, Key West Network to Become Parent
Future Corp. (TYO:4722) said it concluded a tender offer by Key West Network, which will acquire 43.3 million common shares, according to a Friday filing on the Tokyo Stock ExchangeThe IT services company said that following the offer, conducted between July 30 and Sept. 10, Key West Network will increase its holding in Future to 73.5 million shares, representing an 82.78% stake.The settlement is scheduled for Sept. 17, following which Key West will become Future's parent company with the largest shareholding.
