NOF Completes 1.8 Billion Yen Treasury Share Buyback
NOF (TYO:4403) said it completed a 1.8 billion yen treasury share buyback, repurchasing 675,600 common shares between Sept. 1 and Sept. 10, according to a Tokyo bourse filing on Friday.The repurchases were conducted through an open-market purchase on the Tokyo Stock Exchange under a 5 billion yen share repurchase program approved on Aug. 5.The program runs through September 30 and includes the repurchases of about 2 million shares, equivalent to 0.89% of its outstanding shares, excluding treasury shares.
