Changyu Doubles Estimated Amount for 2026 Transactions With DKK; Shares Up 7%
Changyu (SHA:603407) agreed to double its estimated related‑party transactions with Daiichi Kigenso Kagaku Kogyo (TYO:4082) for 2026, according to a Shanghai bourse filing on Wednesday.The estimated amount was raised to 800,000 yuan from 400,000 yuan for the purchase of goods.DKK is a minority shareholder of two of the Chinese chemical company's subsidiaries.Changyu's shares jumped 7% during the afternoon trade.
