Nihon M&A Center to Wholly Acquire AI Brain Partners
Nihon M&A Center (TYO:2127) plans to acquire a portion of the issued shares of AI Brain Partners and execute a share exchange, which would make the latter a wholly owned subsidiary of the former, according to a Friday filing by the M&A advisory services company with the Japan bourse.AI Brain Partners was established in September 2025 and helps companies develop in-house AI capabilities and achieve greater self-sufficiency in AI, the filing said.The financial aspects of the deal remain undisclosed.
