Kinden's (TYO:1944) profit attributable to owners of the parent surged 47% to 69.4 billion yen for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026, from 47.3 billion yen a year earlier.The integrated systems engineering company's basic earnings per share increased to 350.53 yen from 236.26 yen a year ago, according to a Tokyo bourse filing on Monday.Net sales rose 6.5% to 750.7 billion yen from 705.1 billion yen in the prior year.In a separate disclosure, Kinden raised its final dividend payout to 70 yen per share from 65 yen planned initially, payable from June 25.For the fiscal year ending March 31, 2027, the company expects attributable profit of 70 billion yen, basic EPS of 406.46 yen, and net sales of 810 billion yen.Kinden plans to pay interim and year-end dividends of 120 yen per share, each, for the year, which is higher than the amount paid in the year-ago period.
