Sakata Seed Board Approves 10-year Business Plan, Targets 200 Million Yen Sales by FY2036
Sakata Seed (TYO:1377) said its board approved a 10-year business plan, "PASSION2035," accelerating growth investments and strengthening equity management, according to a Tokyo bourse filing on Monday.The Japan-based horticulture product company said that the new business plan, commencing with the fiscal year ending May 31, 2027, will improve profitability and establish sustainable growth.Under the new strategy, the company will strengthen research and development, enhance capital efficiency, and strengthen shareholder returns with a net sales target totalling 200 billion yen for fiscal year 2036.
