Ventec International to Redeem Convertible Bonds Early
Ventec International (TPE:6672) said it will exercise its early redemption right for its second unsecured convertible bonds, with the redemption period running from Aug. 3 to Sept. 1.The trading of the bonds on the Taipei Exchange's over-the-counter market will terminate on Sept. 2, according to a Thursday Taiwan Exchange filing.Bondholders have until Sept. 3 to apply for conversion into shares.Ventec International said any bonds not converted by the deadline will be redeemed at 100% of their face value in cash.
