Pegatron Unit to Dispose of China Property for 170 Million Yuan
Pegatron (TPE:4938) unit Maintek Computer (Suzhou) secured shareholder approval to sell land and a building in Suzhou, China, for a total of 170 million yuan.The assets will be sold to Suzhou Gold Circuit Electronics as part of a resource integration plan.The company expects to record a disposal gain of about 137.1 million yuan.
