Jinan Acetate Chemical Grants NT$5.48 Billion Loan to Parent
Jinan Acetate Chemical (TPE:4763) extended a NT$5.48 billion loan to its parent company, My Parents Living Technology, according to a Monday Taiwan Exchange filing.The three-year loan carries an annual interest rate of 1.53%. My Parents Living Technology will use the funds for daily operational needs.The company said the loan balance to the parent reached 10% or more of its latest net worth, triggering the disclosure requirement.
