Wellell to Merge Units to Streamline German Operations
Wellell (TPE:4106) unit SLK Vertriebs is set to absorb absorb SLK Medical through a simplified merger, according to a Tuesday Taiwan Exchange filing.The merger is aimed at streamlining the company's German business structure, it said.Both entities operate in the rental and sale of medical devices, and the consolidation is designed to improve management efficiency and overall operational effectiveness within the group.The merger will proceed after notarization and be completed under German legal procedures, it said.
