UD Electronic Extends NT$120.4 Million Loan to Subsidiary
UD Electronic (TPE:3689) has extended an additional NT$120.4 million loan to its subsidiary U.D.Electronic Vietnam Company for working capital, according to a Thursday filing to the Taiwan stock exchange.The loan carries an interest rate of 2.91% without collateral.The Vietnam subsidiary had an outstanding balance of NT$1.10 billion and will the new loan, the balance has increased to around NT$1.22 billion against a lending limit of NT$1.99 billion.
