Apex Science & Engineering (TPE:3052) board approved an urban renewal business and rights transformation plan in Taipei, Taiwan worth about NT$3.87 billion, according to a Tuesday filing.The plan covers 35 land parcels and 116 buildings, spanning about 4,104 square meters of land.The project is intended for development and construction for sale.
