Zero One Unit to Raise NT$200 Million via Cash Capital Increase
Zero One Technology (TPE:3029) unit Unicomp Information plans to raise NT$200 million through a cash capital increase, according to a Monday filing with the Taiwan bourse.Unicomp Information will issue 5 million shares at NT$40 each, with 85% of the shares offered to existing shareholders and 750,000 shares allocated to employees.Proceeds will be used to strengthen Unicomp Information's capital and financial structure, the filing said.
