Kedge Construction Unit to Lease Property for NT$933 Million
Kedge Construction (TPE:2546) unit GuanHo Precision Precast will acquire rights to use four land parcels and a factory building in Changhua County, Taiwan, for NT$933 million.The transaction covers 30,939 square meters of land and a 4,014.02-square-meter factory building, with monthly rents of NT$2 million and NT$180,315, respectively, excluding tax, according to a Tuesday filing.The assets will be leased from Jun Yi Engineering, and used for operational needs.
