Hwang Chang General Contractor to Establish Urban Renewal Project Company
Hwang Chang General Contractor (TPE:2543) wil set up a project company, Hwang Chang Fu Yung, in collaboration with Chang Zhe Investment and Evergreen Steel Corp., according to a Tuesday filing with the Taiwan Exchange.The civil engineering and construction company will subscribe to 12.8 million shares at NT$10 apiece, for a total of NT$127.5 million, against a 51% stake.The project company will carry out a government-led urban renewal development project in Taipei.
