Hwang Chang General Contractor (TPE:2543) wil set up a project company, Hwang Chang Fu Yung, in collaboration with Chang Zhe Investment and Evergreen Steel Corp., according to a Tuesday filing with the Taiwan Exchange.
The civil engineering and construction company will subscribe to 12.8 million shares at NT$10 apiece, for a total of NT$127.5 million, against a 51% stake.
The project company will carry out a government-led urban renewal development project in Taipei.

Sequoia Financial Group (ASX:SEQ) former Chief Executive Garry Crole has been banned by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) for 10 years from performing any function involved in carrying on a financial services business as a director or responsible manager, according to a Tuesday statement by ASIC.The regulator said Crole failed to adequately respond to serious concerns about the financial advice model used by former Interprac-authorized representatives, who advised thousands of clients to invest superannuation in the now-collapsed First Guardian and Shield Master Funds.The company did not immediately respond to anemail request for comment.
