Enlight Gets Board Nod to Sell Tainan Plant Land, Buildings for NT$920 Million
Ginwin Technology, a subsidiary of Enlight (TPE:2438), has received board approval to sell its Tainan plant in Taiwan for NT$920 million following a public tender, according to a Tuesday filing to the Taiwan stock exchange.The assets, comprising 16,172 square meters of land and 12,611.07 square meters of buildings, have been sold to Ares Green Technology.Funds raised from the disposal will help the company to revitalize assets, reduce real estate holding costs, boost working capital, repay loans, and improve the financial structure of the group.
