Hiyes International Acquires Property in Taipei for NT$3.52 Billion
Hiyes International (TPE:2348) has jointly acquired land and a building in New Taipei City for N$3.52 billion, according to a Wednesday filing with the Taiwan Exchange.The company has a 20% stake in the acquisition of the land, which spans an area of around 5,685 square meters.The company is expected to develop and construct properties for sale through a strategic partnership.
