Synnex Technology International Unit to Divest Shares in Concentrix
Synnex Technology International's (TPE:2347) subsidiary, Peer Development, will divest its stake in Nasdaq-listed, Concentrix Corp. , according to a Saturday filing with the Taiwan Exchange.The move is aimed at improving the electronic products seller's working capital position via the sale of up to 1.1 milion shares.
