WUS Printed Circuit Unit Acquires, Sells 40 Million Yuan Structured Deposit
WUS Printed Circuit (TPE:2316) unit Centron Electronics (Kunshan) completed the acquisition and disposal of 40 million yuan in a structured deposit with Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (SHA:601398, HKG:1398).The acquisition and disposal taking place between March 17 and Sept. 21, according to a Monday filing.The subsidiary recorded a 405,479 yuan gain from the disposal, and used its own funds for the transactions, it said.
