Ho Tung Chemical Operations Unaffected After Indictment Reports
Ho Tung Chemical (TPE:1714) said its operations remain normal following media reports that prosecutors indicted members of the Chen Wuxiong family over an alleged NT$2.1 billion loss involving the company.The reports alleged that land in Da Nangang, valued at NT$2.6 billion, had increased to NT$28.2 billion, according to a Friday filing.Ho Tung Chemical said it will provide further important updates after receiving the formal indictment.
