Formosan Union Chemical Denies Media Reports on Hydrocarbon Resin
Formosan Union Chemical (TPE:1709) said media reports about its hydrocarbon resin product entering semiconductor applications were inconsistent with the company's current actual circumstances.The clarification followed reports by Liberty Times Net and MoneyDJ on Sept. 16 that the product was entering the semiconductor field and could begin shipments before the end of 2027, according to a Wednesday filing.The company said investors should refer to announcements on Taiwan's Market Observation Post System for information regarding its financial and business affairs.
