Ta Yih Industrial's Chairman Resigns
Ta Yih Industrial's (TPE:1521) chairman Wu Chun I resigned from his position, effective Sept. 21, citing personal planning.Vice Chairman Iwanabe Megumi will serve as acting chairman, until a new chairman is elected, according to a Monday filing.The board is scheduled to elect a new chairman at its Sept. 29 meeting, it said.
