Sunjuice to Form New Subsidiary in China
Sunjuice Holdings Co (TPE:1256) has received board approval to establish a subsidiary in Baise City in Guangxi province of ̧China, according to a Wednesday filing to the Taiwan bourse.The new unit will receive an initial capital investment of 50 million yuan and will engage in the processing of agricultural products.The capital will be injected in installments based on construction and development progress, the fruit products company said.
